| It is a written complaint made by a customer to Tampa Cargo S.A. regarding the mishandling of the cargo in which the possibility of damage, pilferage, delay or loss has occurred. |

| What are the time limits for presenting a claim? |
| Based on the Warsaw or Montreal Convention (whichever applies), it defines the responsibilities of the contracted party in the air transport of international freight, the limitations to claim from the moment in which the merchandise arrives at its destination are: |
- Pilferage: 14 Calendar days
- Damage: 14 Calendar days
- Delay: 21 Calendar days
- Loss/Shortage: 120 Calendar days from the date of issue of the air waybill

| How to present a claim to Tampa Cargo S.A.? |
If you wish to inform Tampa Cargo about any irregularity suffered to your cargo without having the exact total value of the loss nor enough details and back up, you must notify the Airline within the time limits established.
To notify a preliminary claim to the Airline, you should: fill out this form Form Online , or send us your notification via fax, air mail or e-mail.
Tampa Cargo will not study your claim until you have provided us the total claim amount and the required back up documents.
Upon reception of all the documents from you, we will take 15 working days to give you an answer on your case.

| Who can present a claim to Tampa Cargo S.A.? |
| The formal claim must be presented by the consignee that appears on the Master Air Waybill. If the agent or the shipper want to submit the claim, the consignee must assign its rights by sending a letter signed by a representative within the company. The “External Notice” (Format attached) must be filled out and sent by mail, e-mail or fax. |
