It is with great regret that we have to inform you of the decision of Fred Jacobsen to resign from Tampa Cargo. Fred is resigning for professional reasons after having led the airline in the last eight years from a distressed company to a major cargo operator in the Americas.

He requested the Board of Directors to agree to his resignation to become effective after the company's upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled in Medellin on March 30. The specific date will be announced soon. We would have liked a longer transition, but we have decided to honor his request.

We consider it of the utmost importance to share with you that we intend for the airline to continue its successful development based on the same principles and values that were applied under Fred's leadership.
The Board of Directors is already taking the initiative to find a suitable successor with the qualifications to achieve the goals. In the meantime, we will provide the necessary support to top management to ensure a smooth transition until the new President and CEO is appointed.
We want to thank Fred for all his effort, initiatives, and accomplishments, which have made Tampa Cargo successful. We wish him the very best in the pursuit of his professional aspirations and dreams.
